It will also be possible to rent for periods longer than 6 months with expenses included for single people or couples.

It is essential to have the following requirements AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE INTERNAL GUEST RESPECT RULES:

-NON-SMOKING;

-ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED;

-3 MONTHS DEPOSIT AND ENTIRE RENTAL PERIOD PAID IN ADVANCE.

We offer included in the price:

- fully furnished rooms;

- wifi internet;

-electricity;

-water;

- shared kitchen with other guests with personal fridge;

- shared internal parking for motorbikes* or bicycles. For Machines, it is easily found next to the structure;

-common study area;

-weekly change of linen;

upon request and extra payment, cleaning by an employee.
