From June 2024 a change in housing type is expected for some rooms.

Rental will also be provided for periods exceeding 6 months and a maximum of 1 year with costs between 45 and 70 euros/month (DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE ACCOMMODATION CHOSEN AND THE NUMBER OF GUESTS) for single people, for couples or for sharing a room for 2 or maximum 3 people for larger accommodations.

It is essential to have as requirements AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE INTERNAL RULES OF RESPECT FOR GUESTS implicit in the booking:

-NON-SMOKING;

-ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED;

-2 MONTHLY DEPOSIT AND 3 MONTHS RENT PAID IN ADVANCE. ONE WEEK BEFORE THE EXPIRY OF THE FURTHER QUARTERLY PAYMENTS THE FULL AND FURTHER AMOUNT MUST BE PAID (BEING MINIMUM 6 MONTHS).

We offer:

-fully furnished rooms;

-wifi internet;

-smart TVs;

-hot-cold air conditioning;

-electricity;

-waterfall;

-kitchen shared with other guests with personal fridge;

-common internal parking for motorbikes* or bicycles. For cars, it is easily found at the side of the structure;

-common study area;

upon request and extra payment, cleaning by an employee and weekly linen washing. NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THIS REGULATION INVOLVES THE CANCELLATION OF ANY CONTRACT WITH IMMEDIATE EXPULSION AND TOTAL LOSS OF THE AMOUNTS PAID AND THE DEPOSIT.
